2 ethics points
At least 2 annual points must normally support Domain D ethics and professional conduct.
Development-led
At least 10 points should normally connect to a PDP, competency gap, current responsibility or planned career development.
External learning accepted
Relevant CPD does not need to be delivered by ASHEPA. External learning can be recorded with proportionate evidence and reflection.

CPD is not intended as a race for points. Members should record meaningful learning, connect it to professional needs and reflect on how the learning influences practice. Excess annual points remain in professional history but do not normally carry forward into the next annual target.
