Annual membership
Annual membership is charged at the full annual rate for a rolling 12-month period. The membership cycle begins from the verified payment/effective date and renews annually on the same anniversary; membership fees are not prorated.

Transparent membership fees
ASHEPA fees are controlled through a versioned fee schedule and are kept separate from professional grade decisions.
Assessment charges
Where an application, RPL or Fellowship assessment fee is approved, it is shown separately from the annual membership fee.
Upgrades
Where a current-year annual fee has already been paid, same-year upgrades normally charge only the applicable difference plus any separately approved assessment fee.
Existing members
Verified valid current-period legacy payments can be credited during transition to prevent duplicate annual payment.
Your exact amount is shown before payment
The platform generates the applicable invoice after the relevant approval stage. Currency, discounts, credits and any applicable charges are shown on the invoice before payment. Payment does not determine professional eligibility.
