You are responsible for providing accurate information and for protecting your account credentials. You must not submit materially false, misleading or unauthorised evidence, interfere with another user’s account or attempt to bypass platform security or professional assessment controls.

Membership grades are subject to the applicable ASHEPA standards, evidence verification and professional assessment requirements. Registration, payment, job title or length of membership does not by itself confer a professional grade or competency level.

Applicable fees are shown through the ASHEPA invoice process. Membership periods, renewal, CPD, ethics and declarations are governed by the applicable membership rules. Non-payment or incomplete renewal may result in an administrative lapse but does not by itself constitute professional misconduct.

Members are expected to comply with the ASHEPA Code of Ethics and applicable professional standards. ASHEPA course materials, branding and platform content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where lawful use is expressly permitted.

ASHEPA may maintain, improve or update the platform, standards and services. Historical professional records remain linked to the versions applicable when decisions were made. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
