Refund Policy
Refunds are handled through a controlled financial process and do not alter the integrity of professional assessment or grade history.
Duplicate, erroneous and reversed payments
Verified duplicate or erroneous payments may be eligible for refund or credit after Finance confirms the transaction. Provider reversals and chargebacks are recorded against the original payment rather than deleting the payment history.
Assessment fees
Application, RPL, Fellowship or other assessment fees are normally restricted once substantive professional assessment work has begun, unless ASHEPA caused the cancellation or error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Membership fees after activation
Annual membership fees may be restricted after membership activation, subject to applicable mandatory rights and any ASHEPA-approved circumstances. A refund does not erase a professional decision or historical grade record.
How to request a refund
Use your financial record or contact Membership Support with the invoice/payment reference and reason. Approved refunds are linked to the original payment and receive their own refund reference and audit record.
