Privacy Policy

The platform may process account and contact information, professional profile information, qualifications, experience, evidence, references, competency and assessment records, CPD and learning records, financial records, communications, security events and governance records where applicable. We seek to collect information proportionate to the professional purpose.

Information is used to administer membership, verify evidence, conduct professional assessments, provide learning, manage CPD and renewal, process payments, issue credentials, support members, maintain security and meet legitimate professional-governance, accounting and legal obligations.

Access is role- and case-based. Confidential evidence is not public by default. Payment by an employer or organisation does not automatically give that organisation access to an individual member’s confidential professional record. Information may be shared with authorised service providers or competent authorities where there is a valid operational or legal basis.

ASHEPA does not publish a public member directory. The public Verify Membership service is limited to confirming issued membership information using an exact member name or membership number. Email addresses, telephone numbers, country, identity documents, payment details, application evidence, confidential references and professional-conduct records are not published through the verification service.

ASHEPA uses access controls, private file delivery, audit logs and security measures appropriate to the platform. Records are retained according to professional, financial, governance, legal and privacy requirements. Applicable privacy rights can be exercised by contacting ASHEPA, subject to records ASHEPA must legitimately retain.
